Introduction:
This machine uses the principle of centrifugation to dehydrate and spin dry materials, removing surface moisture. It is an essential equipment for fruit and vegetable drying, freeze-drying, and juice extraction. Connect the feed elevator to transport materials to the dewatering machine, controlled by a microcomputer PLC, with one click start and stop operation. Repeatedly working in cycles, the machine achieves complete automation from upper feeding, dehydration, braking to lower discharging, greatly improving production efficiency. This machine has a large output and can continuously dehydrate. It can be connected to a production line, saving heavy physical labor and reducing production costs.
Purpose:
Mainly used for dehydration of diced potatoes, radishes, scallions, garlic slices, ginger slices, chili slices, French fries, dates, raisins, dried goji berries and other products.
working principle:
Set parameters based on material properties and start the machine. The machine rotates, and the feeding elevator transports the material to the dewatering machine and stops feeding. Dehydrate the material within the set time and slow down the speed to discharge the material. After the dewatering machine completes the discharge, the feeding elevator automatically works again and continues to feed. Repeat this circle over and over again.
